It was thought desirable that different participants / partners of the Core Group should handle the different areas of the Campaign, so that the strengths of each of them were properly utilised.  In the light of this decision, the various aspects/areas involved in the campaign were listed and discussed; and allocation of the responsibility for each of these areas were tentatively fixed.
